The 2026 Oktoberfest Parade will begin at 12:00 pm, Saturday, September 12, 2026 Join us immediately after the Oktoberfest Parade at the Festhalle Biergarten for the OFFICIAL Keg Tapping of Oktoberfest! We will be tapping two kegs and our guests from Fussen, Germany will be joining us to tap the second keg!

Saturday, Oct 17, 2026 5 PM to 7 PM - Smithgall Woods State Park - Helen, GA - It's time to get your Spooky on! Come to Smithgall Woods for our annual Haunted Hike! Take a spooky hayride up to our Martins Mine trail, where we will go through the haunted history of North Georgia's Gold Rush. Martins Mine is a moderate 1.7 miles, and this hike will be done during dusk (flashlights are provided). Please wear appropriate footwear and bring water, but costumes are encouraged! Reservations are required. Please call the visitor's center at 706-878-3087 to make your reservation. $5 per person. This program is Family Friendly, but please notify the clerks of the age of those attending.
