The Blairsville Sorghum Festival is a 50+ year-old annual autumn tradition celebrating Appalachian heritage, featuring live bluegrass music, local crafts, and traditional sorghum syrup making. It takes place over the second and third weekends in October (9 AM–5 PM daily) at Meeks Park located at 490 Meeks Park Road, Blairsville, GA, with a $5 admission fee (children under 12 free)
