The Blue Ridge Parade of Homes is an annual, three-day event held the third weekend in October in Blue Ridge, Georgia, showcasing 16 exceptional homes built by some of the finest craftsmen in North Georgia. Set against the stunning backdrop of the North Georgia Mountains, the featured homes highlight a variety of architectural styles, quality craftsmanship, and the latest building and design trends.
Homes are located throughout the mountain region, offering attendees a unique opportunity to explore beautiful properties set among breathtaking landscapes. Proceeds from the event benefit local youth through the Future of Our Trades Scholarship Foundation, supporting the next generation of skilled trades professionals.
