The festivities begin at 11am on Saturday, August 15th. The 2026 theme is "Show Me Stars & Stripes" celebrating America's 250th Birthday! The parade starts at South State Bank and parades through the Fairgrounds and around Anderson Music Hall.

The event is directed by Ms. Corrina Luckenbach and hosted by Ms. Jennifer Holloway. We are looking for contestants ages 17 to 24 to compete in the annual Miss Georgia Mountain Fair Pageant! Contestants can be from Towns, Union, Rabun, White, Habersham, Stephens, Lumpkin, Fannin counties in Georgia and Clay & Cherokee counties in North Carolina. The ladies will be judged on Personal Interview, Active Wear, Evening Gown, Stage Questions, and Overall Presentation. The pageant will be held Monday, August 17, 2026 at the Anderson Music Hall!
