The Toccoa Main Street program will host its annual children’s costume parade beginning at 10:00 am on October 31, 2023. Costume judging is optional for your child. Prizes will be awarded in various categories. The parade route will go down Doyle Street through the center of downtown Toccoa. Merchants will meet the children along the way and give them goodies.
