It is Dec. 1936 and William Gillette, known world-wide for playing the title role in the story he co-wrote with Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, invites his cast members to his home for Christmas. One of the guests is killed and because of a snowstorm, help is not coming, so Gillette assumes the persona of Sherlock to track down the killer. Danger and hilarity are intertwined.
