We are excited to announce that there will be a 2021 Georgia Wine Highway. The entire month of August will be wine highway month. The event will also expand to include wineries all over the state. Big changes are coming to the annual event known as Wine Highway. Now known as Georgia Wine Highway and sponsored by Georgia Wine Producers, the statewide organization representing wineries and vineyards in Georgia. In 2020, wine highway transitioned to a month-long event, this tradition will continue in 2021. Georgia Wine Highway will be held the entire month of August 2021.The 2021 event will include 42 wineries and 8 tasting rooms across the entire state of Georgia, allowing participants to explore new wineries and revisit wine highway favorites.

You may visit the following tasting rooms and use your passports instead of visiting the winery/vineyard. The tasting will punch your passport for the winery/vineyard associated with the tasting room.

There will be a $75.00 fee for each passport and may be purchased beginning August 1 through our Open Georgia Wine app (coming soon) or at any of the participating wineries or tasting rooms. Passport holders will receive an “Open Georgia Wine” collectors’ glass. Each passport holder will receive either 4 tastings or 1 glass at the participating wineries. Passports will be accepted during each property’s regular business hours published online and in the passport. Properties reserve the right to change those hours. You are encouraged to check the business hours of the property you plan to visit.
